She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in the Mental Health field for 10 years. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She went on to pursue a Masters Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. She has experience working with a diverse population in various clinical settings and continues to learn and grow through each experience. She has a passion for guiding folks throughout their wellness journey, and empowering them to trust in themselves more, reinforcing that "you are the expert of your own life."
